An Ambassador will provide a complimentary consultation for every prospective new client. We will discuss your needs and how we can be of service. We provide by the hour services. We also recommend one of our packages to allow you to set up recurring services or give you the freedom to schedule all requests in advance and have the peace of mind that your Ambassador is just a phone call away. Our philosophy is the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance, and we are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

All of our Ambassadors are fully insured, however due to insurance restrictions we cannot transport clients at this time.

 

HOURLY RATES AND INFORMATION

Hourly clients are billed at the completion of the services performed and charged at a rate of $45 an hour, billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour. While we respect you may only need the hourly service, your Ambassador will need a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to ensure that no scheduling conflicts exist with our monthly members and to prepare your service. Any additional materials needed by your Ambassador will be billed same day with your prior approval. Speak to your Ambassador today for further information and details.

 

MEMBERSHIP RATES AND INFORMATION

We recommend becoming a member and taking advantage of the savings by requesting one of the packages below. We do not charge processing or annual fees for our memberships. Although each package is designed to fit a general need they can be customized at the time of consultation. Each level of membership includes special incentives so be sure to ask your Ambassador which one is right for you. 

 

The following applies to all membership packages and will be discussed during the initial consultation:

• All memberships renew automatically on the 30th of every month unless canceled prior to billing.

• Your time begins once we reach your residence or once we leave our office for recurring services. All services are rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment. Travel from our office to your residence is not billed.  

• Any additional time needed above the membership level will be billed in 15 minute increments at the discounted rates.

• Hours not used in a given month may be rolled over to the following but will expire after 90 days and will be noted on your monthly statement and applied as a credit. They may also be converted to a gift certificate and given away.

• Additional materials needed to complete services will be billed on your following monthly statement with your prior approval.

• We do not charge mileage unless requested to perform a service more than 30 miles away. Additional mileage would be charged at $0.52 a mile. The Ambassador package charges no mileage but involves other fees if out-of-town services are requested. Ask for details.

• We do not receive or encourage 'kick backs' from our list of providers we recommend as to pass additional savings on to you. 

• We love referrals! Any completed referrals are rewarded the following month as a credit or can be tacked on to the existing month at your request. Referral incentives are based on level of membership selected.

• We offer an additional 10% Senior and Military discount on all package prices and a reduced rate if your Ambassador is hired hourly.

• Any request for service on recognized National Holidays will be billed at a different rate. So our Ambassadors can enjoy the time they have earned, no services will be performed or scheduled on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Ask for details. 

• Our regular operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Depending on your membership level, extended business hours are available to you and should be discussed with your Ambassador. The Ambassador membership level gives you unlimited access 24/7 although some exclusions apply and Holidays are billed differently. Ask for details.

• We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and money orders as payment. A one time $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks. For your privacy we do not store your credit card information unless requested and do not share addresses, telephone or other personal information with any providers or marketing individuals. 

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem that the request or activity is dangerous, unethical or illegal.

• All membership packages will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation to provide full understanding of what Ambassadors of Time membership can do for you.

• Business and Corporate Client Services will be customized during our intial consultation and are billed differently. Ask for details.
